Dr. Yang Is Truly THE Source To Go To For This Type of Information

This book is a very well written and gives very clear and easy to understand instructions in the basic principles and exercises of Qigong, which includes; gentle breathing, stretching, and various strengthening movements.

Great book and easy to do

This great book from great Master, anyone who is new in Qigong can do it, result is almost immediate as long as you believe and feel Chi.

This book is an excellent historical and practical guide to the Eight Pieces Brocade form both sitting and standing.

I have been a martial artist since I was a young boy learning jujitsu at the local YMCA.
